Our Commitment

At Golden Peptides Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality research-grade peptides. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective upon initial inspection
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product does not match its description

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used in any way
  • Orders where the customer has changed their mind
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions after delivery
  • Orders placed more than 7 days prior to the refund request

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@goldenpeptideslab.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Requests without sufficient documentation will be denied. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
